Company policy

We operate in line with UK policy Trading Standards and fair trading.  Brief terms and conditions (Ts&Cs) are as follows and full T&Cs are available at out till point and point of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are provided within 7 days from the date of purchase for any unused services purchased amount and not sale value or unsuitable sold services by So Be staff only when accompanied with proof of purchase; till receipt.

Discounted sale items or special offer purchases are to the refund value of £0.01p  

Online voucher transactions are fully refundable within 14 days if unused and proof of purchase is emailed to management us@sobebeauty.com

Discounted sale Items or deals, vouchers, pre-payments and deposits have a cash refund value of £0.01 p.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers must be redeemed in store within 90 days and are subject to appointment or treatment availability.

Discounted sale vouchers are valid for 30 days and also subject to appointment or treatment availability. 

Vouchers are only redeemable against salon services and not VIP or mobile services.

Vouchers may not be redeemed against or used in conjunction with any other current discounts or deals.

Vouchers may not be used to clear any account debit or be combined with account credit.

Receipts may not be used in place of vouchers to redeem any salon services as we require voucher codes. 

No account credit, cash or card payments will be provided in the event that you do not redeem the total gift voucher value.

Store or website gift vouchers are despatched by Royal Mail standard delivery to your emailed delivery address instructions.

Online gift voucher transactions are despatched within 2 working days.

£100+ gift purchases are despatch with FREE complimentary Recorded Delivery. 

Third party payments

This refers to online transactions where you purchase products, treatments or services supplied by another organisation through this website.  Payment and contract is direct with these organisations, so you will need to refer to their T&Cs.

Cancellation charges

50% cancellation charge is added to your account balance.

This charge is applies to all ‘no shows’ or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

Client accounts

We operate a strict professional health and safety policy approach to all services delivered at So Be and therefore cannot permit anyone sharing treatment accounts or transferring credit / treatments.
